เจอบันทึกนี้ ให้เอาคำต่อไปนี้ของกูไปประกาศให้คนรู้ว่า

กู กรมหลวงชุมพรเขตอุดมศักดิ์ ผู้เป็นโอรสของพระปิยะมหาราช ขอประกาศให้พวกมึงรับรู้ไว้ว่า

แผ่นดินสยามนี้ บรรพบุรุษได้เอาเลือด เอาเนื้อ เอาชีวิตเข้าแลกไว้

ไอ้อีมันผู้ใดคิดบังอาจทำลายแผ่นดิน ทำลายชาติ ทำลายศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์ ฤๅ กระทำการทุจริตก่อให้เกิดความเดือดร้อนต่อส่วนรวม

จงหยุดการกระทำนั้นโดยเร็ว ก่อนที่กูจะสั่งทหารผลาญสิ้นทั้งโคตร ให้หมดเสนียดแผ่นดินสยามอันเป็นที่รักของกู

ตราบใดที่คำว่า "อาภากร" ยังยืนหยัดอยู่ในโลก กูจะรักษาผืนแผ่นดินสยามของกู ลูกหลานทั้งหลาย

แผ่นดินใดให้เราเกิดมา แผ่นดินใดที่ให้ซุกหัวนอน ให้ความร่มเย็นเป็นสุข มิให้อนาทรร้อนใจ จงซื่อสัตย์ต่อแผ่นดินนั้น
